Guided Meditations
Encourage your practice, bring awareness here & now, & ground into the present moment.
These guided mediations introduce the practice of sitting, rooting into the earth, gathering awareness, sensing the body, recognizing your light & breathing with love. The most basic skill to develop in meditation is the art of return. Returning awareness again & again to the object of focus.
This develops a disciplined mind that can rest.
Meditation is a practice that is meant to be done regularly, ideally daily, that’s why it’s called a practice. It’s not a concept or a theory. Meditation is a practice. Which means, when you start, you likely won’t be very good at it. No big. No reason you should be good at something you’ve little experience with.
Just keep practicing, it will get better.
The meditations here are a starting point. They are arranged to provide a movement from quieting to grounding, to gathering awareness, to sensing the body, then recognizing & sitting in the radiant light of heart before working with the breath & body to engage unconditioned love. You can do them in order, or just one, or however works for you. The invitation is to explore.
Draw awareness into belly, into the energy center known as the Kath. Great for learning to return awareness to object of focus, creates space to observe the mind.
12 min
Draw awareness through the body & down, connecting with Earth. Good for getting out of the head space. Be intentional about pulling awareness away from mind and into earth.
8 min
Gather awareness here and now & connect to the Self. Helps when you’re not where you actually are. (usually somewhere out ahead of yourself, or somewhere in the past)
7 min
Bring awareness to the body, the vehicle of consciousnesses. The body is one of your greatest resources. Ground down into the body & slloooowww down.
20 min
Bring awareness to the ever-radiating light of the heart. Let inherent light illuminate and lighten you, allowing recognition of the unstained soul.
8 min
Allow wisdom of breath & body to move, enlivening love & kindness. Release the tight, held breath & open the heart space. Breathe deeply & let love heal!

Recommended Resources
Deepen & broaden your understanding, stoke your internal fire & help illuminate your path.
Book recommendations are by category: Living Energy & Intuition, Soul Retrieval & Inner Child Work, Shame & the Inner Critic, Self-Inquiry, Alternate Points of View regarding the Teachings of Christ, & Sacred Living Texts.
Categories are arranged in order of where to begin & follow along the healing journey.
Start with getting an understanding of living energy & how to work with it, getting in contact with your body & intuition, & clearing out the heavy energy in your field. Retrieve energetic resources, re-connect with the soul child & begin attending the little one.
As the energy in the field begins to shift, dense energy releasing & resources returning, more space is allowed in you. There is more space in your heart, there is room for love & compassion, & the life crushing shame driving the inner critic can begin to soften, unwind & release.
As space from the inner critic grows, as compassion overcomes the learned shame & washes through the patterned self-rejection, the capacity to be kind to you grows. This loving kindness allows clearer sight to attend the little one & grow up, allowing you to investigate deeper your lived experience & true nature. Discernment develops, ignorance begins to replace with knowledge, & natural curiosity begins to shine, illuminating the true, unstained state of your being. Not weighed down by heavy energy & habitual stories, not jailing the little one & shaming actions, thoughts, & appearances, there is freedom to move, to breath into the heart & feel & move. There is freedom to be & explore & learn. Freedom to make attempts, then assessments, then adjustments & further attempts, with joy & curiosity fueling you to the finish line. & there is freedom to be still, not active. There is freedom for the mind to be at rest, & freedom to sleep deeply.
As you deepen your inquiry practice, quieting, looking in, asking & listening, you begin to discover, through your own contact, the non-dual* nature of you & all life. This leads into the ancient living texts that are living embodiment of the sacred experience of taking birth. Both the Bhagavad Gita & the Ramayana are ancient Hindu texts that deal with the appearance of separation & its inherent suffering, teaching the deepest truths of the non-dual nature of reality.
This is freedom without form.
*Non-Dual: Not two. One without a second. One consciousness. One.
You can think of it like ocean: a wave is not a second thing separate from the ocean. It is a wave, yes, yet it is never not ocean. It is not that in addition to ocean there is also wave. There is ocean, & within ocean, there is wave. The wave is always truly ocean, now matter what the wave does, no matter how it appears, no matter it’s direction or speed or duration, it is simply ocean appearing as wave. This is non-duality. This is your true nature, non-dual.
Not two. One without a second. One consciousness. One.
